Process explanation:
Batteries before being put into the treatment system are divided into two types: dry battery and wet battery.
With dry battery will be put into battery cutting machine, then put to the demolition table manually to separate the shell, the lid and the lead plate.
With wet battery:
The waste battery will be dismantled manually, remove the battery cover at the table to remove the battery cover and recover the acid. Then tilt the battery to recover the acid into the acid storage tank, the acid here will be taken to the wastewater treatment system to neutralize.
After recovering the battery acid is put into battery storage tank and neutralizes the remaining acid on the battery.
After that, the battery continues to be put into the washing tank with clean water.
After staying in the immersion tank for 30 minutes, transfer the battery to the cutting machine. The cutting machine has the task of cutting the battery so that it is easy to get the parts inside the tank. The plastic shell and lead plate are separated, stored and sold to recycling units.
Sludge in the washing basin and neutral tank will be deposited and removed into the mud tank. The sludge will be removed periodically, dried and burned in a specialized incinerator. Water from the rinse tank and periodic neutral will pump to the water treatment system ..
The acid solution is stored separately in a sealed plastic container and transferred to a centralized wastewater treatment area and processed here.
The lead part is stored in storage and sold to recycling units.
