SYSTEM FOR CLEANING METAL SCRAP.

Function: Clean all types of waste contaminated with hazardous ingredients. Clean waste takes advantage of selling scrap.
Capacity: 16 tons / day.

Automatic crane structure helps lift and place metal containers and oil into B01 pickling tank. Here, the combination of solution with detergent, temperature and disturbed gas, the metal will be removed from the oil.

After the bleaching tank, metal cages are passed through B02 washing tank and B03 clean water tank to wash chemicals still sticking on the metal.

Finally, the metal cage is placed on the floor to separate the water, the floor is designed to have a collection slot around.

The western solution of B01 bleach tank is supplied from the B04 bleach solution tank. The solution in Tank B04 is prepared from sources: solution of caustic soda, hot water from an incinerator (or supply of heat from a resistor, at a temperature of 40oC) and clean water.

After a period of operation, when the solution in the B01, B02, B03 tanks is contaminated, discharge the water into the B04 settling tank for sedimentation and then discharge to the wastewater treatment system. Discharge cycle 2 weeks / cycle (depending on the operating capacity), discharge of 2.0 m3 / day with 2 discharges / cycle.

The residue from the residue comb basket will be taken away at the Incinerator
