Process explanation:
Types of waste solvents such as methanol, ethanol, benzene, xylene, toluene .... Collected from facilities contained in 200l drums, with screw cap and treated in batches.
The solvent is pumped into a distillation tank with a pressurized injection pump system (compressed air pump).
It is then fed into the heating device (by a direct discharge valve) until the level is determined by the water tower of the tower.
The steam level heated the solution to be recycled with a steam valve system from the boiler. Depending on the nature and composition of the waste solvent, adjust the temperature appropriately to evaporate the solvent.
Adjust by boiler pressure of 1-4kg / cm2 to heat the solution containing the solvent to the evaporation temperature of the solvent.
The solvent vapor is then passed through a water-cooled welding device to condense. Solvents after condensation are clean solvents contained in product containers and put into storage tanks, stored in the factory's product warehouse.
The cooling water is circulated for reuse, Cooling water is returned after being returned to the cooling tower.
The residual product or residue after the periodic distillation process is removed and mixed with low calorific waste (sludge) for combustion.
Solvent material ensures 5-10% of other sediments (water, paint residue ....) and 90-95% solvent need to be recycled. The fact that conventional solvent waste is lower than this means that the percentage of solvents need to be recycled> 90%.
