FLUORESCENT LAMP PROCESSING SYSTEM

FLUORESCENT LAMP PROCESSING SYSTEM

Function: The light bulb is treated in a closed environment, broken into small pieces to reduce the volume of the ball, reclaimed the reusable aluminum grille, treated mercury vapor and fluorescent dust.

Capacity: 0.5 tons/day.

Process explanation:

Waste lamps are fed into crushing chamber

The crusher works to smash the ball and crush the glass part to a size of 3-4 mm.

The whole part of mercury vapor in the processing process will be put through the bag filter system of dust bag and adsorption of activated carbon here, the mercury vapor will be adsorbed completely and the exhaust from the equipment system is taken out of the lips school.

When the system absorbs mercury vapor is saturated, the ball grinding equipment must be stopped to recycle or replace the mercury adsorption columns.

Mercury is adsorbed into activated carbon columns. The amount of activated carbon after absorption of mercury is crushed and solidified or processed at functional hazardous waste treatment facilities.
