Function: stabilize and solidify waste to change the physical properties of waste (change the drag, compress or permeability) before safely burying in cocoon tank.
Capacity: 12 tons / day.
Explanation of technological process: The curing process consists of 2 stages:
- Blending stage: The waste after grinding will be mixed into a concrete mixer with about 2-3 minutes. Then, in turn, sand, stone and cement were previously quantified into the mix until the mixture was uniform, giving the water just enough to create adhesion, requiring the mixture to not be dry or pasty (moisture of mixture after mixing reaches about 18%). Continue to mix the mixture for about 5 minutes.
- Molding and pressing stages: The mixture after mixing achieves the required adhesion to be poured into the mold and pressed. After that, the concrete mold is put on ballet maintenance and transferred to the maintenance area. During the maintenance period, the mold must not be moved. Maintenance in a well-ventilated area but not letting the sun shine directly into the curing mold. After 72 hours of maintenance, the mold can be removed. In humid weather, high humidity, if the mold is removed, the concrete surface is still wet, so maintenance should take place from 12 to 24 hours. Use a vibrator or mold release to remove the floor from the mold.
The cured concrete blocks will be stored safely in concrete curing tanks.
