Process explanation:

Intermediate garbage storage

These types of waste to be burned will be put into Kr garbage storage. Then the garbage is transferred from the Kr warehouse into the incinerator completely automatically by the Cr garbage feeder.

Equipment loaded garbage

Rubbish from the depot was put into the garbage load bin Kr automatically and through cable transmission on intermediate hopper at the top of the combustion chamber as a primary. Then, open combustion chamber beginning to put rubbish in.

Primary combustion chambers

Primary Chamber designed rotating drum, garbage in the combustion chamber are continuously mixed Island, so the burning process and stabilize the temperature in the primary Chamber. To maintain a stable temperature in the primary Chamber approximately from 650-1000oC operators will use the temperature control device, control the level of garbage litter load loading into the primary Chamber and control oil burners DO.

The secondary combustion chamber

Secondary chamber temperatures are maintained at approximately 1.050-1.300oC by the secondary burner. Thanks to the high temperature, the mixing, shuffling and time saving gas in a secondary chamber long enough (> 2 seconds) to ensure smoke containing hazardous waste (especially dioxins, furans) and odors are destroyed completely.

Heat storage chamber

Waste heat exchanger

Heat exchangers reduce exhaust temperatures with high temperatures from 1300oC to <300oC.

Cylon separates dust

Absorption tower

Centrifugal separation tower

Suction fan

It works to overcome the resistance of exhaust gas on the smoke path from the furnace to the chimney, creating vortex in the device to remove dry ash and create negative pressure in primary and secondary combustion chambers.

Flue exhaust

Clean air after exiting the 2nd level absorption tower will be sucked into a exhaust pipe of 25.5m high to disperse into the environment.

3.2. System of washing packaging, drum barrel

Function: Wash all kinds of chemicals on the drum barrel and then reuse.

Capacity: 3 tons / day.

Process explanation

Check the inside of the drum barrel and proceed with the inclined slope of the tanks containing the residual chemicals. Then the barrel was taken away and rinsed.

Put the drum barrel on the drum shaking machine, put the motorcycle chain / pedal into the barrel so that when shaking the drum barrel, it will have a scrubbing effect.

Add 20 liters of caustic soda 20% or 5 liters of acetone to the container, tighten the lid. Turn on shaking mode for about 10 minutes.

Remove caustic soda or acetone into the container for circulation.

Transfer the drums that have been rinsed with chemicals to the washing machine in the drum barrel to wash the barrel with clean water. Drums after washing are gathered in storage for reuse or recycling.

For drums with a lot of sandy soil, dirt, the crust is cleaned by a system of sprinklers to clean before cleaning with a washing machine.
